HOW OUR PRICING WORKS

Packrat’s pricing is affordable and will help you keep on budget for the year. Our simple and inclusive pricing includes:

Reliable Service

Two professional, uniformed, and fully-insured crew members will remove junk from anywhere on your property. They’ll provide sorting, bagging, lifting, loading, and leave the area broom-clean.

Consistent fees

Our standard fee is $70 per cubic yard with a minimum charge of $200. This includes gas, travel, transfer station tariffs and fees. Unlike some competitors who have over 30 additional surcharges, we only have four: 1) $20 each for mattresses, and 2) $150 per hour for excess bagging (filling over 10 bags), 3) Environmental Disposal, 4) Items of excessive weight.

Volume vs. time

We charge by the amount of space your items take up in the truck instead of the amount of time it takes us to load it. The more junk you have, the better the value!
